Farmington Residence

Originally built in 1929 by Marshall Wells (Architect) for his family, Gibson Magerfield Corp. nearly tripled the finish area of this house while preserving the integrity of the core structure. Architect Robert Paxton designed the expansion which features a paneled library, wine cellar, stone walls, and a timbered family room! All the electrical and mechanical systems were completely replaced which includes a geothermal HVAC system.
